Cannes Best Looks-The Indian Edit.

2020 hasn't really been kind to us so far. The threat of a worldwide pandemic killing innumerous people,followed by floods,fires,death of eminent personalities..things just keep getting worse each day.Needless to mention,Cannes Film Festival and Met Gala wasn't hosted this year because, lets face it-social distancing is of utmost importance right now.

But hey!that doesn't mean we cannot go down memory lane and relish some of the most beautiful looks that our very own Indian beauties have carried at the prestigious Cannes event!With their grace,poise and charm,these ladies have managed to uphold our country's pride while looking like a million bucks.Lets go back and cherish some of those gorgeous looks these ladies have pulled off like a boss!

1.Aishwarya Rai Bachchan:

Do we really need an introduction guys? 'The most beautiful woman in the world',Miss World 1994 and Padma Shri- Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has been a Cannes regular since 2002.She first attended the event for the screening of her movie 'Devdas' along with director Sanjay Leela Bhansali.All eyes were on her as she stunned in a gorgeous golden yellow Neeta Lulla saree. Aishwarya of course has had her fair share of hits and misses on the Cannes red carpet,but she has managed to stun us with some jaw dropping looks over the years.Let us have a look!

2.Vidya Balan:

There is no denying that this pretty lady is a powerhouse of talent,and that is exactly why she was nominated to be a jury member at Cannes in the year 2013 alongside Hollywood legend Steven Spielberg and few others. Here is my most favourite look of hers till date.All her looks were by curated by Indian designer Sabyasachi Mukherjee,who was a newbie at that time.Brownie points to Vidya for that!

They spin such cool looks for every event,every time,be it India or abroad,that we fall head over heels in love with them over and over again.Sonam is always at the top of her fashion game and Cannes is no exception.There is a reason why she is the style queen of the nation!
